We have been working closely with Costain and Scott Wilson, our contractors and engineering consultants, to develop proposals for a revised tunnel structure and construction method. This will undergo further scrutiny before work actually recommences on site.

Costain and Scott Wilson are working towards producing final detailed design. This will then require further approvals from Network Rail which will enable construction to resume.
