We are moving forward with the Tesco Gerrards Cross development as quickly and as safely as possible in order to minimise any disruption to local people. Below is a list of milestones achieved to date and an indicative timeline of upcoming project milestones that we will be following to complete the project.

At each stage of the development various checks need to be carried out by Network Rail and relevant authorities; as these checks are completed we will progress to the subsequent stage of the project. This timeline - like any construction timeline - is subject to change; however we and our contractors, Costain will endeavour to keep this as up-to-date as possible so please check back for updates.

- Reinforced Concrete Site Trials at Erith Commenced.

February 2008
Advanced Works Package Commenced. Consisting of:
- Mobilisation Activities
- Temporary Backfilling Over Crown of Tunnel Units
- Dismantling of Existing Steel Store Framing
- Installation of Temporary Bridge to Allow Plant Access Across the Railway Line
- Removal of Existing Steel Store Framing

March 2008
- Geodesign Site Investigation Works Commenced.
- Reinforced Concrete Site Trials at Erith Completed.

June 2008
- Advanced Works Package Completed.

July 2008
- Site Office Relocation Works Commenced and Completed.

- Ramp / Crane Platform Construction Works Commenced.
